Royal Mail

Royal Mail orders received by 2.30 pm, Monday – Friday will be dispatched on the same day.  Orders after 2.30pm on Friday will leave on the following Monday.

UK - Royal Mail Signed For 1st Class (1-2 working days) - £5.00

EU - Royal Mail International Tracked & Signed (3-5 working days) - £10.00

Rest of World - Royal Mail International Tracked & Signed (3-7 working days) - £15.00

Shipments over 2kgs are required to be shipped via DHL. We may contact you when a shipment is over 2kgs.

DHL

DHL Express orders received by 1.00 pm, Monday – Friday will be dispatched on the same day. Orders after 1.00pm on Friday will leave on the following Monday.

UK - DHL Express (next working day) - £9.00

EU - DHL Express (1-3 working days) - £15.00

Rest of World - DHL Express (3-5 working days) - £20.00

You are responsible for returning unwanted items to us and we recommend using an insured service from your local postal service. Returned items must be in their original condition and returned to us within 14 days of receiving the goods.

Returned items must be unused and in the relevant packaging where ever possible. Garment labels should not be removed except in the case of incorrectly supplied or faulty goods, where your statutory rights apply.

Returned goods will be exchanged or refunded (minus the delivery cost and any other relevant costs incurred). If returning from outside the EU, please mark the package as 'RETURNED GOODS' and enter a value of 0.
