Space available is on a mission to create a circular future.  Creative director Daniel Mitchell, the former creative director of Bali's trailblazing beach club and eco-playground Desa Potato Head had been striving for years to make sustainable changes and thought they'd only happen slowly.  He noted that the space made available because of the pandemic opened up the opportunity to implement new systems and ways of thinking.

Space Available started out as an online platform and podcast series for Mitchell’s thoughts on everything from mental wellbeing to agro-culture and utopian communities and these ideas then manifested into a collection of physical objects, including blue marble-like incense holders and chairs made from recycled bottle caps and garments from up-cycled cotton.

The Lab is the heart of the Space Available ecosystem. It’s a place of experimentation, exploration and collaboration through the study of material ecology. Mitchell is pretty much positioning himself as the Ferran Adria of experimental circular fashion.
