To mark 50 years of the iconic Active Jacket Carhartt WIP have created 4 special edition designs where each new style honours the original.
The OG Active Jacket 50th Anniversary Edition Denim is inspired by the first ever Active Jacket created in 1975, featuring familiar elements such as a denim exterior and red lining. This special edition version, however, is a reversible style made from stone-bleached denim on one side, creating a light, faded appearance. On the reverse, the original red lining is reimagined in diamond-quilted sateen, and detailed with anniversary labelling, graphic patches, and embroidery.
Features include rib-knit trims, offering a cinched, bomber-style silhouette, utilitarian triple stitching detailing, an adjustable hood, kangaroo pockets on both sides and a 50th Anniversary Square Label.
100% Organic Cotton.
Inspired by original American archetypes, the jacket is made in an original loose fit, so it’s a little more boxy and oversized. We recommend taking your normal size.

You are responsible for returning unwanted items to us and we recommend using an insured service from your local postal service. Returned items must be in their original condition and returned to us within 14 days of receiving the goods.
Returned items must be unused and in the relevant packaging where ever possible. Garment labels should not be removed except in the case of incorrectly supplied or faulty goods, where your statutory rights apply.
Returned goods will be exchanged or refunded (minus the delivery cost and any other relevant costs incurred).
If returning from outside the EU, please mark the package as 'RETURNED GOODS' and enter a value of 0.
Items that are purchased in our North St shop are eligible for an exchange or credit note only if returned to the shop within 14 days of purchase and they are unused and in their relevant packaging where ever possible.
