You are responsible for returning unwanted items to us and we recommend using an insured service from your local postal service. Returned items must be in their original condition and returned to us within 14 days of receiving the goods.

Returned items must be unused and in the relevant packaging where ever possible. Garment labels should not be removed except in the case of incorrectly supplied or faulty goods, where your statutory rights apply.

Returned goods will be exchanged or refunded (minus the delivery cost and any other relevant costs incurred).

Please mark the package as 'RETURNED GOODS' and enter a value of 0.

Items that are purchased in our North St shop are eligible for an exchange or credit note only if returned to the shop within 14 days of purchase and they are unused and in their relevant packaging where ever possible.

Tax for orders outside the UK and Northern Ireland is automatically discounted at the checkout when choosing your country. The final purchase price includes the cost of the goods (minus Tax) and delivery charges. We are not responsible for any further charges.
